2024.12.02 (Mon.) 15:30~18:00 Reception 18:00~ (Registration starts at 15:00~)
Akasaka Intercity Conference Center 4F the Amphitheater

Japanese companies are now more aware than ever of the importance of human capital management.
A major challenge is how to maximize the power of each individual employee and link this to improved company-wide performance.
With social changes such as a declining and aging population, as well as globalization,
it is becoming increasingly difficult for companies to maintain their competitiveness with the fixed human resource management methods of the past.
Against this backdrop, there is an urgent need to create an organization in which all employees can become competitive and each employee can play an active role autonomously.

In light of this situation, Beatrust Corporation will hold a conference to help companies achieve sustainable growth and innovation :
‍Maximizing the Value of Human Resources - Empowerment of All Employees and Empowerment ‍.

The conference will feature a keynote speech by Motohiro Morishima, Professor of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, Gakushuin University and Professor Emeritus, Hitotsubashi University, a special lecture by Shinichiro Uzawa, Leader, People Consulting, EY APAC and Japan, and a panel discussion by guests to discuss specific approaches to effectively utilize human capital and empower all employees. The panel of guests will discuss specific approaches to effectively utilize human capital and make all employees more competitive.

This is a valuable opportunity to share
abundant knowledge and advanced case studies on current issues such as how to visualize employees' skills and experience and match them with optimal opportunities, and how to effectively link management strategy and human resource strategy.
We look forward to your participation.
This will be a fruitful learning opportunity not only for management and HR professionals, but also for everyone who wants to draw out the power of human resources throughout their organization.
