In recent years, "human capital management" has been attracting attention as an important management issue that influences corporate value.
From the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, companies will be required to disclose their human resource strategy in relation to their corporate strategy and compensation policy based on that strategy in their annual securities reports. The time has come for companies to be asked how they deal with their human resources as the core of their management.
In such an environment, "skill-based human resource management" is rapidly spreading among leading companies in Japan and overseas as a key to visualizing and maximizing the experience, skills, and aspirations of each employee. PwC Consulting G.K. and Beatrust Corporation will hold the " PwC Consulting × Beatrust Joint The keynote speeches will be given by the Japanese IT industry.
The keynote speaker will be Mr. Allen Miner, a pioneer in IT industry and venture support in Japan, who will talk about the future of human capital management and the direction of change that Japanese companies should take.

In addition, Mr. Koji Kashima, Managing Executive Officer and CHRO, Marubeni Corporation, will join the panel discussion to introduce practical human capital management initiatives from the front lines of business companies. The moderator will be Yu Kusuda, President of HR Executive Consortium, who will discuss how to realize "skill-based human capital management" from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
After the conference, a reception will be held where speakers and participants can interact with each other.

Allen, Minor.
Founder and Chairman, SunBridge
Chief Executive Officer and Founder of SunBridge Group. He was the first representative of Oracle Japan.
He became the first representative of Oracle Japan in 1987 and went public in 1999. After founding SunBridge in the same year, he worked with Marc Benioff to develop a new method to successfully introduce American software companies to the Japanese market.
This was first put into practice with the establishment of salesforce.com Inc. in 2000. He was subsequently involved in establishing joint ventures in Japan with overseas cloud vendors such as Conquer, Kiriva, and Marketo.
He is an advisor to the Japan Venture Capital Association.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Asian Studies from Brigham Young University.
He has lived in Japan for over 20 years and is fluent in reading and writing Japanese. He is the author of several books, including "I'm Betting on Japan. and contributor to McKinsey and Company's Reimagining Japan.
Koji Kashima
Managing Executive Officer CHRO, Marubeni Corporation
Joined Marubeni Corporation in 1989 and has been consistently engaged in HR operations since then. 2001-2007: Stationed in New York, USA. After returning to Japan, he was assigned to the Planning Section of the Human Resources Department, where he was in charge of formulating HR strategies and revising the HR system, etc. From 2013 to 2015, he was stationed in Beijing, China, where he served in an HRBP role as Deputy General Manager of the Group Planning Department of Sales from 2015, and was appointed General Manager of the Human Resources Department in April 2017, Executive Officer and General Manager of the Human Resources Department in April 2020, Executive Officer and CHRO in April 2023, and Executive Vice President and CHRO in April 2024. CHRO, and Managing Executive Officer CHRO in April 2024; currently participates in all aspects of management related to human resources strategy as CHRO and Management Council member directly under the President.
Yu Kusuda
REPRESENTATIVE, HR EXECUTIVE CONSORTIUM
After working as an employee of three electronics-related companies in the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, including NEC, he has been the president of a venture company for 10 years since 1998. After serving as chairman, he became a visiting professor (MBA) at Chuo University Business School for seven years from 2010. 2009: Visited 500 HR departments annually for six consecutive years. 2015: Commentator on Nittele's NEWSZERO. 2016: Personality of radio programs for HR, "Yu Kusuda's HR Broadcast Station" and "HR He has been the personality of Central Station, which has been downloaded by a total of 4.2 million listeners in September 2024.Since 2017, he has been the representative of HR Executive Consortium, one of the largest HR executive class networks in Japan for large enterprises. (133 enterprise companies are members). His specialty is research on the role of HR departments and the careers of HR people. He also serves as a non-executive director and advisor for a number of companies. He is also a singer-songwriter in his own right. His main book, "Destruction and Creation in Human Resources" (Discover Twenty-One Publishing) was ranked No. 4 on Amazon in 2011 (June 21, 2011) in the category of company management. His other books include "Uchidekiryoku 2016: The Corporate 'Hiring Criteria' Job Hunters Need to Know" (published by Mynavi).
Shigeru Kitazaki
PwC Consulting Godo Kaisha
Partner, Japan Representative, Organizational HR and Change Management Executive Officer
After working for a foreign IT company, he joined PwC Consulting LLC, where he currently works. He has about 25 years of experience in organizational HR consulting, mainly in the financial, IT, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. His areas of expertise include organizational design, requirements planning, HR strategy development, workforce planning, HR system design, HR process and system design, EX/EVP design, M&A, and change management, He has extensive experience in the area of organizational HR, including more than 300 projects.
He has also been involved in the establishment of various services such as HR Transformation, Saratoga, SWP, People Analytics, Employee Experience, etc. in Japan at PwC, focusing on HR functional innovation for Japanese companies. He is also a leading expert in the field of data-driven HR in Japan, and has extensive experience in projects, speaking engagements, and contributions to both Japanese and foreign firms.
He has also been involved in the launch of various services in Japan at PwC, including HR Transformation, Saratoga, SWP, People Analytics, and Employee Experience, with a focus on innovation in the HR function of Japanese companies. He is also a leading expert in the area of data-driven HR in Japan, and has extensive experience in projects, lectures, and contributions to both Japanese and foreign-affiliated firms.
In recent years, he has given 30 lectures a year on AI human resource utilization and training support for Japanese companies.
Kunio Hara
CEO/Co-Founder, Beatrust Inc.
After graduating from Keio University, he joined Sumitomo Corporation, where he earned an MBA from Columbia University in 1989. After working in business development at Softbank, he moved to Silicon Valley and worked at Silicon Graphics, Inc. in the U.S. In 2000, he founded and managed a local business development consulting company for startups. After living in Silicon Valley for 10 years, he established an online marketing venture company. After transferring his business, he worked as a representative of Microsoft Japan's advertising sales in Japan before joining Google. He has been leading various cross-organizational strategic projects at the company since 2018. From his experience at Google, he realized the need for a digital infrastructure to create internal innovation and co-founded Beatrust, a provider of talent collaboration tools, in March 2020.
