We provide controls to grant viewing and editing privileges on a per-user basis. This promotes open collaboration within the organization without sacrificing security.
IP Address-based Access Controls
Access to IP addresses can be restricted from the Beatrsut management control panel. This enables Beatrust to adhere to company policies such as blocking access from outside the office network or requiring users to access via VPN.

Single Sign On (SSO)
Single sign-on is available for SAML 2.0 authentication methods as well as for integration with services already in use such as Google Workspace® and OIDC. ID/PW authentication is also available upon request.

Always-On Encryption
Communication is always encrypted by SSL/TLS, preventing malicious third parties from altering or spoofing data or leaking the contents of communications.
